This website collects personal data only when you send us the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, the address of your current store and your message. We use it for one purpose — to reply to your request and, if you want, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form is submitted to our own infrastructure (api.dotcom.services) and delivered to us by email. A short arithmetic check protects the form from automated abuse; it stores nothing about you.

We keep enquiries until they are handled and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a contract follows — then the data is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. Your theme preference (dark or light) is stored in your browser only and is never sent to us.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to sales@dotcom.services. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
