Who we are
NextAI-SEM is built and operated by DotCOM Services, LTD (Дотком Сървисес, ЕООД), a Bulgarian web company that has built and run online stores for its clients for years — and got tired of the plugin stack.
Where it comes from
The platform grew out of a single store we operated ourselves, then a second and a third. The 301 generator exists because migrations lose rankings; reserved inventory exists because checking stock is not the same as reserving it; the GTIN audit exists because a feed with one bad check digit is a disapproved feed.
Today it runs production stores in Bulgaria — pellet heating, solar systems, handmade jewellery, prefab houses — and the first English-language stores launch this month.
Why managed-only
We keep one codebase current for every store. That is how a small team ships an update to every client the same day, with a backup and a rollback behind it — and why nobody outside the team touches the code. For now, by design.
What you own does not change: your domain, your texts, your images, your customers and your orders — with a full export of texts and images if you ever leave.
