Lead generation & CRM
Forms that bring leads in — and a CRM that knows where each one came from.
Not every business sells through a cart. Run NextAI-SEM as a lead-generation site: service pages, multi-step forms you can A/B test, and every enquiry landing in a pipeline with its campaign, click ID and landing page attached.

Leads arrive by email. Attribution doesn't.
A contact form sends an email, someone copies it into a spreadsheet, and nobody can tell which ad, post or partner brought it. The budget goes to whatever feels busy, not to what closes.

A form builder, not a contact form
- Fifteen field types — text, email, phone, number, select, radio, checkboxes, date, time, hidden, consent and more — across up to ten steps
- As many forms as you need: on the homepage, inside any page, category or blog post, or on a landing page of its own
- A/B testing with up to eight weighted variants; each visitor keeps the variant they first saw, and a significance test tells you when a winner is real
- Every publish is a fixed revision — each lead records exactly which version of the form it came through
- A consent field on every form, stored with the lead
Clean leads only
- Honeypot, time trap and per-IP rate limits, plus an optional maths challenge
- Spam scoring on links, markup, disposable email domains and bursts — spam is set aside and never notifies anyone
- A repeat submission from the same person joins their open lead instead of creating a duplicate
- Phone numbers normalised to international format, ready for one-click calling
A CRM pipeline, built in
- Board and list views; a seven-stage pipeline out of the box — New, Contacted, Qualified, Appointment, Proposal sent, Won, Lost — and your own pipelines and stages
- Owner, deal value, lost reasons, notes, calls, meetings and tasks on a timeline nothing is erased from
- Call, email, Viber or WhatsApp the lead in one click from the lead card
- Email and Telegram alerts for every new lead, and an optional auto-reply to the person who asked
- Stats: conversion rate, median time to first contact, leads by channel, form, source and campaign; CSV export and GDPR anonymisation
- Run it from Claude too: thirteen MCP tools build forms, read the stats and move leads along
Know which ad paid off
- UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content and id on every lead
- Click IDs from Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and LinkedIn, plus landing page, referrer and device
- Every lead classified by channel — paid, partner, social, email, referral, organic, AI assistant or direct
- Google Ads lead conversions: qualified and won leads exported with their click ID and deal value, so bidding learns from real deals, not form fills
Partners who send you work
- A partner programme with its own ?lref= links — it runs alongside the store affiliate programme, not instead of it
- Pay per lead, per stage reached or per won deal — fixed or a percentage, set per programme and per partner
- Fraud gates: self-referrals, existing contacts, spam and unusual volume go to review; commissions are held 14 days before they become payable
- A partner sign-up page and a private dashboard with links, stats and commissions — never the lead's personal details
A site built for services, not a cart
- We set the site up in lead-generation mode: no cart or checkout, and products become service pages with a quote button that opens the right form
- Service structured data on every service page
- Everything else stays: CMS, AI content, SEO, Search Console, Google Ads, analytics and the AI assistant
Under the hood
- Forms baked into the static site at build time
- Weighted, sticky variant assignment per visitor
- Idempotent intake — one submission, one lead
- Partner ledger kept apart from store affiliates
- Attribution captured first-party, no ad pixels
